following a ukulele

Tonight we went to see the local community choir called raise your voices perform in the market square in the village. The choir is conducted by lester simpson and sang folk and spiritual songs a cappella. It was great. They also have a ukulele band who performed too. We didn't know they were going to perform but mum was looking out the window and saw lots of peope walking past with ukulele cases so we decided to follow them!

After the concert the choir were going to a private screening  of a film called oh brother where art thou. We went home for tea.
